Why are there no prices on the website?
Every job depends on size, quantity, material and finishing, and we quote volume orders and resellers separately. Send your list and we reply with an exact quote, usually within one working day.
How quickly can you print?
Quick turnaround is what we are known for, because all printing and finishing happens in-house. Tell us the date you need it by in the quote form and we will confirm whether we can make it.
How do I pay?
Strictly cash on delivery terms: a 50% deposit before production starts, and the balance before collection. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you deliver?
Our prices are on a collection basis from 152 Beyers Naudé Drive, Franklin Roosevelt Park, Randburg, 2091. If you need delivery, tick "Please quote delivery too" on the quote form and we will let you know what is possible.
What artwork do you need?
Print-ready PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, PSD or high resolution TIFF, JPG or PNG, at the final size or to scale. Ask us for a template for stands, flags and walls. Use the artwork checker to test your file first.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Choose "Please design it for me" on the quote form, tell us the wording, colours and any logo, and our designer will send you a proof to approve.
Is there a guarantee?
All mechanisms carry a walk-in guarantee, and executive gazebo and fabric wall frames carry a 1 year walk-in guarantee on the frame. Prints carry no guarantee, and prints left permanently outdoors have a limited lifespan.
Do you print for resellers and agencies?
Yes. Tick "I am a reseller or agency" on the quote form and contact us about volume orders.
