These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Online Ads t/a Lets Print and to your use of this website.
Quotes
- Quotes include printing unless stated otherwise and are based on print-ready artwork. Ask us for templates before you design.
- All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices at any time. A quote is valid for the period shown on it. Errors and omissions excepted.
- Contact us for volume pricing.
Payment
- Strictly cash on delivery terms: a 50% deposit is due before production starts, and the balance before collection.
Artwork and proofs
- You are responsible for checking spelling, content and colours on the proof you approve. Production starts only after approval.
- The website artwork checker is a guide only. Our team confirms every file before printing.
- Pictures may vary from the actual product. Colours can differ slightly between screens, materials and print methods.
Collection
- All prices are on a collection basis from our studio at 152 Beyers Naudé Drive, Franklin Roosevelt Park, Randburg, 2091, unless delivery is quoted separately.
Guarantees
- All mechanisms (frames, stands and units) carry a walk-in guarantee. Executive gazebo frames and fabric banner wall frames carry a 1 year walk-in guarantee on the frame. Ecotyp gazebo units carry no guarantee.
- Prints carry no guarantee. All materials are for promotional display. Dye-sublimated flags and parasols, and other prints left permanently outdoors, have a limited lifespan.
